ADVISORY NOTE FOR OUR GUESTS

  • Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (to be communicated before the arrival)
  • Check Out: within 9.00 am
  • Our guests are kindly invited to behave properly at any time and to respect the silence hours from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
  • Local tourist tax: 0,70 € per person (from 14 years old) to be paid directly on site
  • Extra charge fee for cleaning: 80,00€ if not already done by the guest.
  • Extra charge fee for laundry: first use of the washing machine for free; 5,00 € for any successive ones.
  • Recycling: compulsory
  • Booking terms: a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days from the reservation. As stated by the Italian Law (Art. 1.385 – 1.386) the deposit is to be held as a guarantee of the reservation itself and not as an advanced payment for the services requested. The deposit implies the total acceptance of booking and cancellation policies. It will be refunded only at final payment.
  • Cancellation terms: the reservation can be cancelled within 30 days before the arrival with the total refund of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations within 15 days before the arrival but it can be used to book another stay of the same duration within the same season. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations from 00.00 am of the fourteenth day before the arrival. In case of no-show, delayed arrival or early departure the total amount will be charged, as stated by the Hotrec European Rules and the code of general uses for hotels of the Province of Trento.
