* Beds and sofa beds are standard size (190 cm long). The lowest point of bedrooms in the attic flats is 112 cm tall.

Recently custom-refurbished, this apartment was furnished with pine-wood pieces of furniture carved and built by local carpenters who carry on the ancient Val di Fassa furnishing tradition. And also the Ladin-style decorations, renowned for its wild roses painted on the bed headboards, were made by the local painters of the valley so that you will wake up surrounded by the relaxing colours of this comfortable apartment.

The kitchen corner is fully supplied with all basic and cooking amenities, a large table accommodates up to 10 people, there are two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, south oriented and therefore bright and comfortable.

The entry is electronically controlled, independent with a large private parking area and a small equipped terrace where you can relax and admire the wonderful mountains and woods all around.

  • Our guests are kindly invited to behave properly at any time and to respect the silence hours from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
  • Local tourist tax: 0,70 € per person (from 14 years old) to be paid directly on site
  • Extra charge fee for cleaning: 80,00€ if not already done by the guest.
  • Extra charge fee for laundry: first use of the washing machine for free; 5,00 € for any successive ones.
  • Recycling: compulsory
  • Booking terms: a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days from the reservation. As stated by the Italian Law (Art. 1.385 – 1.386) the deposit is to be held as a guarantee of the reservation itself and not as an advanced payment for the services requested. The deposit implies the total acceptance of booking and cancellation policies. It will be refunded only at final payment.
